Isotrol Surpasses 40 Gigawatts of Renewable Energy Assets Managed in the United States

The company’s end-to-end software suite, Bluence, maximizes income across the complete renewable asset chain for customers including AES, Enel, Naturgy and Elawan

DENVER, Colorado — 9/3/2025— Isotrol, a leading technology company in the management, monitoring, and optimization of renewable energy assets, today announced the company has surpassed 40 gigawatts (GW) of assets enabled with its technology across the United States, underscoring the company’s commitment to collaborating with customers across the country and to supporting ongoing domestic efforts to foster the proliferation of resilient, clean energy.

US electricity demand is accelerating at the fastest rate in two decades, expected to exceed the all-time high reached in 2024, according to the US Energy Information Administration. This unprecedented growth, driven in large part by the emergence of AI, rise in data center construction and push for increased domestic manufacturing, necessitates an advanced approach to managing and optimizing energy assets to meet demand.

Isotrol’s Bluence software, deployed in more than 3,500 power plants worldwide, offers the most comprehensive end-to-end suite of products to power renewable and storage assets over their full lifecycle. It is in use by companies across the renewable energy value chain, including developers, engineering, procurement and construction firms and independent power producers.

Bluence helps asset owners and operators optimize efficiency, availability, and profitability from commissioning to ongoing operations & maintenance to asset performance. For projects in development, Bluence can be deployed in the final stages of construction to ensure milestones are met and streamline the process of bringing systems online. Bluence’s energy market trading platform maximizes the profitability of renewable assets, using advanced algorithms and robotics to deliver automation, precision, and flexibility.

“Our acceleration in the US is more than a milestone for Isotrol—it’s a reflection of our deep commitment to building the digital foundation for America’s future of abundant renewable energy,” said Manuel Losada, CEO of Isotrol. “The growth in US electricity demand marks a new era for energy infrastructure, and software intelligence will be key to meeting it. With Bluence, we're equipping our customers to scale faster, operate smarter, and lead the energy transition.”

The milestone achievement comes on the heels of Isotrol’s additional US expansion milestones, including the establishment of its new Denver office launched earlier this year, along with the relocation of CEO Manuel Losada to spearhead the company’s growth and operations across the North American market.

Isotrol has experienced double-digit growth in the US since 2023. In 2024, its global revenue exceeded $37 million, with more than 50% of its contracts coming from North America. The company’s North America workforce has grown fivefold over the past three years. Today, it employs more than 400 professionals worldwide and has built a strong client base of international energy companies active in North America, including AES, Enel, and Black & Veatch.
