Technology for the optimization of renewable energy participation in
The project objective is to provide to renewable energy traders, investors and generation companies, as well as other actors in the electricity system, with tools for controlling and managing the participation of their generation plan in the ancillary markets in optimal conditions.
In this project a predictive decision support system is developed to define the participation strategy in the electricity market, as well as a new control system that allows to effectively integrate renewable energies in the secondary reserve ancillary service.

Execution Period: 2016-2018 (Extended to Feb-2019)
Location: Andalucía y Castilla La Mancha.
Collaborations: Research organization participating in the Project: AICIA (University of Seville) and IIT (Pontifical University of Comillas)
